This document sets out the binding terms and conditions governing all users' access to and use of the 520i platform in Malaysia. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1Acceptance of Terms and Account Creation
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 520i platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
The 520i platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
Account Creation and Security
Each user may only hold one active account on 520i. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 520i will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 520i reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, including other users' accounts or 520i's internal systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 520i.
- Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information with the intent to deceive 520i or other users.
- Taking any action that could compromise the security, stability, or integrity of the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, and 520i reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
3Payment and Transaction Information
Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the 520i platform are processed in MYR. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. The use of third-party bank accounts or payment methods is prohibited and may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.
520i reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals based on the selected payment method. These limits are subject to change from time to time and users will be notified via the platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 520i reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until verification is complete, particularly for requests that exceed certain thresholds or display unusual patterns.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 520i support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.
